With the growing popularity of ceiling-mounted AC units in Bahria Town, is there a hidden risk or concern that homeowners should be aware of, especially when it comes to electrical work and home maintenance? Could the proximity to electrical wiring lead to potential hazards or malfunctions in the long run?
Syed Ayaz Hussain
Unlike wall units where water typically drains outward through a simple gravity pipe, ceiling units often use a drain pump to lift water away. If the pump fails or the drain line clogs, water can overflow internally. Because the unit is embeded in the ceiling, this moisture can seep directly into the ceiling void where your primary electrical conduits and junction boxes are located. Persistent moisture near wiring can lead to insulation degradation, localized short circuits, or even “tracking” where electricity travels across a damp surface.

Mere PEL Inverter AC ki screen par ‘F1’ ya ‘F2’ kyun likha a raha hai?
Syed Ayaz Hussain
Ye error codes aam taur par Temperature Sensors ke masle ko zahir karte hain.
F1: Indoor ambient sensor ka masla hai.
F2: Indoor coil sensor ka masla hai.

what is the difference between simple ac and inverter ac.?
Syed Ayaz Hussain
A non inverter AC compressor works on an ON and OFF cycle based on the room temperature.
An inverter AC compressor never turns off completely instead, it constantly adjusts its speed according to the cooling requirement of the room.

AC kya hota hai?
Syed Ayaz Hussain
Good Question bro Yeh refrigerator ki tarah hi kaam karta hai, jahan ek chemical (refrigerant) hawa se garmi sokh leta hai aur bahar phek deta hai.
